CCCS provides tremendous services to the communities we serve.  My fellow co-workers and I share a common mission that makes a significant difference in so many lives and families.  I believe in what we do and I love working with the CCCS team.

Job duties:  Overall responsibility for all facets of Agency Operations

Degree:  Bachelor of Science (Organizational Leadership) from Southern Nazarene University. Graduated from Two Banking Schools: School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin Business & School of Banking at the University of Oklahoma .



Jennifer Wallis

Call Center Manager

I'm very proud and honored to be part of such a great agency.  At the end of every day I go home with such a gratifying feeling knowing that we have made a difference in so many peoples lives.

Job duties:  Manage all call center employees to insure quality assurance.  Provide training to new employees as well as continually training of present employees.  Monitor call flow for customer service and telephone counselors.
